Bouche de Noel

Every Christmas I create a select few Bouche de Noel's - if you haven't heard of these before, they are a must order for your family holiday gathering! I craft it with layers of spunge cake and mousse, enrobed in chocolate ganache. This one pictured here is a Toasted Hazelnut.
