Luce Cakes is a dream concocted by Lexi Barry, long time pastry chef and lover of unique flavors.

Lexi began her career working side by side with Elizabeth Faulkner of Citizen Cake, where she learned to develop delectable flavors and innovative designs that wow clients.  Since then, Lexi has helped to develop the pastry menu of Barrel House Tavern in Sausalito, as well as the Dawn Treader in Santa Barbara.  Lexi now works as head pastry chef and chocolatier making incredible small batch chocolates for Charles Chocolates.

Lexi has a passion for creativity and loves to do the unexpected.  When it comes to weddings, her philosophy is deceptively simple: above all else, a wedding cake should taste amazing.  She enjoys working with clients to develop a flavor profile that best suits them.
