"Working with Lexi was a joy. Taste was most important to my husband and me and her flavors were incomparable--even a year later when we defrosted our cake on our first anniversary. We also loved how she created a classic, beautiful cake while still including personal touches that were unique to our relationship. My husband gave me a necklace of the chemical structure of oxytocin, the love and bonding hormone, that I wore on our wedding day. Lexi included this symbol piped onto the side of our wedding cake. To the naked eye, it looks like an intricate snowflake, but it has deep meaning for us and our relationship. She executed this beautifully and carefully. We would highly recommend her."

"I can't stress enough how impressed we were with Luce Cakes!  Lexi made us a cake that was 100% customized to what we wanted.  She spent time helping us develop the flavors that spoke to us, and created it based on my design concept of a beautiful impressionist painting.  The end result was not only creative and beautiful, but our guests cannot stop raving about how delicious it was.  It's been almost a year since our wedding now, and I still have guests telling me that that cake was the most delicious, moist wedding cake they had ever tasted.  And we agree!"

"I can't say enough wonderful things about Luce Cakes.  Over the years we've served many cupcakes and cakes from here to our friends, and they are consistently a hit.  Chef Lexi Barry's cakes are creative, beautiful and most of all delicious.  One special favorite of mine is her Buche de Noel, which is very different from what you find anywhere else - light, filled with creamy chiffon, and fabulous. We served it at our Christmas Eve dinner along with two other desserts from another well known bakery, but once people tasted the Buche from Luce Cakes, the other two were pretty much ignored.  I've also had the opportunity to taste two wedding cakes by Lexi, and each one was fabulous and specially decorated for the couple, with each tier a different flavor.  I highly recommend Luce Cakes - you'll never be disappointed!" - Robin
