This couple's wedding was inspired by the beauty of a spring garden, and they requested an impressionist painting style cake. It was decorated with quick, colorful "brushstrokes" and flowers that I gathered from the farmers market to complement their vision. Their chosen layers were carrot cake (a surprise favorite!), Tahitian vanilla and rum with passion fruit mousse, and dark chocolate soaked with Gran Marnier.
