White Chocolate Tower
I developed this cake for a couple who wanted a tropical theme. The cake consists of three layers with individual flavors. The top layer is a mango mouse with key lime curd. The second is a dark chocolate mousse with a hint of raspberry and for the final layer, we let the couple have a sneak preview of the taste of their honeymoon with a passion fruit mousse and rum cake. Decorated with fresh farmers market flowers and fruits.
